Commercial scale,

Rounded figures show the scope of the work while keeping company reporting detail private.
Marketing-originated commercial opportunities
Approximately $15M is the current recorded value of commercial opportunities created from March 2021 through October 2026, using the first-touch marketing-source convention. It covers selected learning, assessment, research, and school products in the commercial pipeline, across open, won, and lost outcomes.
The population includes manually created or cloned commercial records and excludes deals flagged as instalments. Historical unflagged billing or clone records may remain; the measure describes recorded opportunities, not unique customers or contracts. It is distinct from accounting revenue, ARR, or the value of open pipeline today.
Approximately +65% measures the increase in opportunity record count in January–October 2026 compared with the same months of 2025, using identical filters. It is not revenue growth or a claim of improved conversion. The count increased while recorded value grew by approximately 7%, so no improvement in average opportunity value is claimed.
The chart accumulates recorded value to each stated endpoint, rounded to the nearest million USD. It does not show annual growth. The opportunities may overlap the separate $7M+ first-touch won-value measure, which uses close dates and a broader pipeline scope. Do not add the figures together. Sales, product, marketing, and partners share the commercial contribution.
Marketing influence across the buying journey
Marketing can shape a buying decision even when sales, a partner, or another source originated the relationship. Brand and product positioning, events, customer proof, content, and sales enablement are part of the leadership remit presented here.
The source-attributed won value on this site measures one recorded part of that contribution. It is not a full-career financial influence total. Model-attributed credit and the full value of deals with marketing interactions are different measures; both can overlap source-attributed value. A campaign-level amount cannot simply be added to another campaign or source total.
The existing HubSpot influence view was reviewed on 3 November 2026. A complete, deduplicated career-wide influence amount has not yet been validated, so no larger financial influence claim is presented.
Marketing-attributed won value
$7M+ is recorded marketing-attributed closed-won deal value from March 2021 through October 2026, across the commercial, renewals, and B2C pipelines. It uses HubSpot’s original traffic source as a first-touch attribution convention.
The source-based view covers organic discovery, campaigns, email, social, referrals, direct traffic, and AI referrals. Direct traffic and referrals are included under this reporting convention. It is not a causal measurement of incremental marketing impact.
Offline and unassigned records are excluded from this figure because the source alone does not establish marketing origin. They are not automatically non-marketing. Event-tagged influence is reviewed separately and is not added to the first-touch total. The role described on the site includes the wider marketing function, beyond what this source field can measure.
Values are in USD, include renewals and instalments, and reflect shared sales, product, and marketing contribution. They are CRM deal values, rather than audited accounting revenue, ARR, or return on marketing spend.
The cumulative chart
The bars accumulate marketing-attributed won value from March 2021 to each stated endpoint. They use conservative, rounded display values. The final bar ends in October 2026. This chart shows cumulative scale, not year-over-year growth.
B2C scope and growth
$900K+ is the separate B2C pipeline’s recorded won value across all sources during the same tenure period. Its marketing-source portion is already inside the $7M+ total; these are overlapping measures and must not be added together. School-product deals also exist in commercial and renewals, so a separate school-sales estimate cannot simply be added.
Approximately +40% compares full-year 2025 B2C won value with full-year 2024, across all recorded sources. The rate is calculated from unrounded values and rounded to the nearest five percentage points. This is a pipeline-level result, not an assertion that marketing alone caused the growth. Historical B2C work is shown alongside the current B2B remit.
Partner-sourced opportunities
$4M+ is created partner-sourced opportunity value in Q3 2026. Approximately +485% compares it with Q3 2025, calculated as the increase divided by the earlier quarter’s value, then rounded to the nearest five percentage points.
This creation-date cohort uses the commercial pipeline’s partner flag and the retained report filters for manually created or cloned records, excluding the school-product group. It is a company channel result across deal stages, before close. It is not won revenue or the measured effect of the October Partner Program launch, which followed Q3.
My contribution covers partner marketing strategy and international execution, alongside sales, product, regional, and partner colleagues.
International customer proof
Bright Language, Nexford University, and the Canadian College of Health Information Management illustrate the company’s international customer proof. Nexford’s rollout percentage is customer-reported. The Canadian example confirms adoption, without a quantified performance claim.
These examples were developed across the marketing team. My directly documented story-production work includes Haliç University and Anakent School. Customer outcomes are distinct from my personal acquisition results.
Infinitum Network Solutions
About 4M subscribers, 1B views, 30+ languages, and 10+ partnerships describe portfolio scale recorded in my October 2020 CV. These are self-reported, shared-team results. A separate 2019 résumé records 35 channels created; no growth is calculated between the different document scopes. Explore the Infinitum case.
Marketing intelligence and leadership
The marketing intelligence system is an ongoing initiative covering source discovery, architecture, metric reconciliation, and integration planning. Future capabilities and efficiency gains are separate from delivered commercial results.
Director of Marketing is the current title used in this portfolio. Co-leadership of the 10-person marketing function and direct CEO reporting describe my leadership scope. Formal roles and dates appear in the career history.
Commercial, B2C, and partner aggregates rechecked in HubSpot on 3 November 2026. Current company positioning checked against the October sales and partner deck and the public website. Underlying CRM records and exact company reporting are not included.
